TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to KiDOViA! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our facilities and services. By entering our premises or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. ADMISSION & ACCESS

• Children must be between ages 1-12 to use our facilities
• Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Valid identification may be required for entry
• We reserve the right to refuse entry for safety or capacity reasons
• Adults are only admitted when accompanying children

2. SAFETY RULES

For everyone's safety, all visitors must:

• Wear socks at all times in play areas
• Follow age and height restrictions for specific activities
• Follow instructions from Kidovia staff
• Report any accidents or injuries immediately
• No running in designated walking areas
• No food or drinks in play areas (except designated zones)
• No aggressive behavior or bullying

3. SUPERVISION & RESPONSIBILITY

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children
• Kidovia staff are not personal childminders
• Children with special needs must be accompanied by a caregiver
• Lost property is held for 30 days, then donated to charity
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

4. HEALTH & HYGIENE

• Children with contagious illnesses are not permitted
• Inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions
• Diaper changing only in designated areas
• Hand sanitizer stations must be used upon entry
• Report any hygiene concerns to staff immediately

5. PAYMENT & PRICING

• Entry fees are per child, per session
• Adult entry is free when accompanying a paying child
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• No refunds for early departure
• Group rates and packages have specific terms
• Payment is required before entry

6. BIRTHDAY PARTIES & EVENTS

• Advance booking required (minimum 48 hours)
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for refund
• Outside food allowed only for birthday cakes
• Decorations must be approved by management
• Party hosts are responsible for their guests' behavior
• Maximum party sizes apply based on package selected

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

• Personal photography is allowed
• Commercial photography requires written permission
• Kidovia may photograph/film for promotional purposes
• By entering, you consent to being photographed/filmed
• You may opt-out of promotional use by informing staff

8. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

• Play at your own risk - activities involve inherent dangers
• We maintain liability insurance but are not responsible for accidents due to negligence
• Report all incidents immediately for documentation
• Medical emergencies will be handled by calling emergency services
• You agree to indemnify Kidovia against claims arising from your visit

9. PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons or dangerous items
• Alcohol or illegal substances
• Smoking/vaping anywhere on premises
• Pets (except service animals)
• Abusive language or behavior
• Damaging property or equipment

10. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

• Memberships are non-transferable
• Benefits apply only to named members
• Lost membership cards incur replacement fee
• Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled
• 30-day notice required for cancellation

11. CHANGES & DISPUTES

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Current terms are posted at reception and online
• Disputes shall be resolved under Jordanian law
• Any legal action must be brought in Amman courts
